Prague ZOO

Komerční banka launched its co-operation with Prague ZOO as far back as 2002, when it supported, in the wake of the disastrous floods, the refurbishment of the outdoor enclosure for elephants and, in 2003, the transport of a new male elephant named Nagathan. He replaced an animal who was one of the saddest symbols of the floods, Kadíra, whom rescuers tried in vain to save from the high water.

Since 2005 Komerční banka has been one of the main partners of Prague ZOO, continuing to support this rapidly developing modern complex which educates and entertains children and adults alike.
