• Sport without Prejudice

  

  Sport without Prejudice is a sport and social project aimed at crime prevention. We want to show children that leisure time can be spent in an active way and that thanks to sport, they can make new friends.

  Through Sport without Prejudice, we wish to present sport as an ideal way to spend one’s free time, where differences in talent, physical abilities, religion and skin colour disappear.

  The activities of Sport without Prejudice culminate with the Grand Sports Days, where children can compete in various sports disciplines at numerous stadiums across the Czech Republic.

  Children also had the chance to engage in regular sports activities as part of the Training Days.

• Czech Wheelchair Rugby Association

  

  In addition to speed and drama, wheelchair rugby offers players an excellent opportunity for rehabilitation, which is why Komerční banka supports this sport in particular.

  The International Wheelchair Rugby Federation currently brings together more than 40 member states and organises international wheelchair rugby tournaments and world and European championships. Since 2000, wheelchair rugby has been a Paralympics event.

• Civic Association of Wheelchair Athletics

  

  Annual support is also directed at the Civic Association of Wheelchair Athletics and support for their competitive activities.

  For example, a contribution made by KB in 2006 helped the Czech athletics team participate at the European Championships in Assen, Holland, where our athletes won a total of 21 medals, of which 13 were gold.

  Thanks to widespread co-operation, KB also became the main partner of the domestic competition KB Czech Cup in Wheelchair Athletics.
