KB Financial Group

As of 3 May 2012, Komerční banka had eight subsidiaries, and one associate, Komerční pojišťovna, a.s., where it held a 49%. KB considers these companies as part of the Group.

In addition to its ownership interests in the Group, KB holds strategic interest, where it has ownership of 20% or less, in Czech Banking Credit Bureau, a.s. (20%).
