Komerční banka has prepared a special three-day training programme called ConnectinG for all graduates who start working for KB in any position within two years of their graduation. The aim of the programme is as follows:

• To start the professional career of graduates and give them the right direction in KB,
• To motivate new employees – young university graduates with a growth potential for managerial and specialist positions,
• To identify potential talents,
• The best will from ConnectinG programme will “fight” for the chance to participate in the yearlong ConnectinG+ programme.
