Shareholders of Komerční banka, a. s. as of 31 December 2011

Of the Bank's total share capital, i.e. CZK 19,004,926,000 (38,009,852 shares with a nominal value of CZK 500 each), Société Générale S.A. holds 60.35%.

As of 31 December 2011, the number of shareholders comprised 46,080 corporate entities and private individuals.

The Bank of New York ADR Department is, with the permission of the Czech National Bank, the holder of those shares for which Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) were issued and which are in the possession of a significant number of foreign investors.
