Prague, 27 July 2010 – Komerční banka has organised an attractive competition for MasterCard credit cardholders. From July until the end of September 2010, MasterCard credit cardholders can win CZK 2,000 every month. It is enough to be, every month, among the first 100 clients who make the largest number of payments, and so win up to CZK 6,000.

The competition organised by Komerční banka for MasterCard personal credit cardholders has only one condition for joining - a credit card payment for goods or services, including the use of the cash back service, of at least CZK 200. In each month of the competition, 100 credit cardholders with the largest number of payments will win a prize of CZK 2,000. A credit cardholder can therefore save altogether up to CZK 6,000 throughout the competition.

"The purpose of our offer is, primarily, to make credit card use more attractive and so make payments for clients more pleasant at the time of holidays," said Radko Belada, Head of Retail Marketing at Komerční banka.

The standard offering of MasterCard credit cards includes one free withdrawal per month from an ATM abroad and the option of the clients' own card design. Komerční banka credit cards also offer an up to 45-day interest-free period and free travel insurance for trips abroad for cardholders and their family members travelling with them.
