Henri Bonnet holds a Law Degree from Poitiers University. He has held a variety of post within the Société Générale Group, both in the international network (South Korea, Brazil, and Germany) as well as the Corporate Banking Division. In 1997, he was appointed Country Manager for Germany. In 2001, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Deputy Head of the Specialised Financial Services within the Société Générale Group. Mr Bonnet will continue to serve on the Société Générale Group's Management Committee.

Patrice Taillandier-Thomas (1958) graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques and holds a postgraduate degree in law and another in economics. Since 1983 he has held various positions, mainly in the area of payments, in Société Générale. Since 2000 he has been deputy manager of the card activity department and manager of the e-business division. In his previous position he managed the BASEL II project.
Mr. Colin was born 20. 4. 1963. He graduated from the Université Paris IX Dauphine and the City University of New York (B. Baruch School of Business). His career is closely linked to Société Générale, which he has joined in 1990. Following a short stint as financial analyst at SG's New York office, he joined SG's Head Office as a member of the Inspection Générale team. From 1998 to 1999, he led SG New York office as director of finance and was promoted in 1999 as Director of Budget and Financial Reporting for SG in the Americas Region. Transferred to Montreal at the end of 2000, Didier Colin was promoted in 2001 as Head of SG activities in Canada until his start at Komercni banka.
Vladimír Jeřábek (1968) has graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Ecomonics and Management, of the Brno University of Technology and acquired his MBA at Nottingham Trent University. After graduation, he has worked as a financial director in the banking and industrial sectors. He joined Komerční banka in 1998 and, in its distribution network, he held managerial positions of Branch Manager, Region Manager and, since 2007, Executive Director for the Distribution Network. In June 2008, he has been appointed the Member of the Board and Senior Executive Director for Distribution.
Jan Juchelka (1971) graduated from the Faculty of Commerce and Business of Silesian University in Karviná. He joined the private sector after graduation and from 1995 worked at the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic (FNM ČR), initially as an executive in the Securities Department, later as head of a section and department. From 2000 he served as the FNM ČR Executive Committee Vice-Chairman and from 2002 to 2005 as its Chairman. Jan Juchelka joined KB on 1 February 2006.
Mr. Palečka was born in 1959. He graduated from the Business College of the Bratislava School of Economics in 1982. Having worked in the company sphere for some time he accepted the position of head of the strategic planning department at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade, and then in 1990 to 1992 head of the multilateral trade policy department. In 1992 to 1994 he served as Czechoslovakia's and later the Czech Republic's standing representative in GATT, and for the following four year as the Czech Republic's standing representative in WTO. Since 1995 he has also been serving as an arbiter on international panels dealing with trade disputes between the EU, the US, Canada and other countries.
He joined Komerční banka in 1998, accepting the position of head of the Financial Group and Privatisation Strategy Department, where he served until October 1999.
On 13 October 1999 Komerční banka Supervisory Board elected him to the Board of Directors where he was mainly responsible for the Bank's strategy and privatisation. In April 2000 he was appointed Vice-Chairman and First Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
