  • Custody of Securities

    On the basis of a contract Komerční banka, a.s. will arrange for you the settlement of securities transactions and ensure their safekeeping, including corporate events related to the holding of securities (eg payment of dividend or coupon, redemption). Based on your requirement KB will arrange also opening of segregated custody accounts with the Central Securities Depository Prague or foreign depositories.

  • Financial Promissory Notes

    A Komerční banka investment banking product. The purpose is to find a counterparty on the market for a client who wants to borrow funds for a short time, which is willing to lend the money. Komerční banka acts as the service provider, which looks for a counterparty for the transaction. The bank then collects contractual commission from the issuer and the investor for provision of the transaction.

  • Warrant Trading

    Procurement of purchase and sale of warrants on the Prague Stock Exchange (PSE) or on international markets including settlement of the transaction and administration – c-client.
