Investment Financing

  • Loan for Investment in CZK and in a Foreign Currency

  • Loan for Purchase of Shares or Business Shares in a Trading Company in CZK or in a Foreign Currency

    The loan is provided for financing of purchase of a business share in a commercial company and for purchase of shares into a strategic portfolio including privatisation.

  • Mortgage Loan in CZK or in a Foreign Currency

    A medium-term or long-term loan intended for investment, especially into real estate, which must be secured by mortgaging of real estate.

  • Syndication Loan

    The Syndicated loan is a special category of loan. Komerční banka, in the role of the arranger, forms a group of creditors which will finance the debtor. As the potential debtor, you can ask various arrangers to present offers, from which you select a specific solution according to your individual requirements.

  • Development Financing

    Development financing allows for financing of a development project, i.e. business plan, the aim of which is to build or purchase real estate for the purpose of its rental or sale.

  • Agreement on Administration of a Purchase Price

    The essence of the Agreement is deposit of a purchase price by the buyer at the level resulting from the purchase contract, obligation on the part of the bank to accept the purchase price into its administration and to pay out the purchase price (administered amount) to the seller subject to the agreed conditions, or to return this to the buyer.

  • Ponte II Programme

    Loans in the Ponte II Programme for financing projects with grants from the European funds. A loan for pre-financing a grant resolves the time discrepancy between payment of project costs and receipt of the grant. The loan for co-financing a project can be used to pay for costs, which are not covered by the grant.
