Logging in

Logging in to MojeBanka is very simple.

You will find the login button for accessing KB’s Internet banking services at:

• www.kb.cz

  

• www.mojebanka.cz

  

This will take you to a secure login page, where you log in to MojeBanka using your password.

Security certificate

The changes in KB’s Internet banking do not require a change or update of your security certificate.

Certificate on smart card

If you use a smart card to log in to the direct banking application, make sure to update your CryptoPlus program, which is used to access the certificate on the card. The new version 2.0.48 can be downloaded here:

In order to install CryptoPlus, you will need administrator rights to your PC.

Clients who access direct banking using a file certificate do not need to install CryptoPlus.

Updating your web browser

For the safe and proper functioning of both services, you must access the services using a supported operating system and web browser.

You should thus update your Internet Explorer to version 8 or higher for the following reasons:

• security of your banking transactions
• protection against web piracy

Earlier versions of Internet Explorer do not guarantee the security or full functionalities of MojeBanka. Internet Explorer 8 may be downloaded from the vendor’s website. You may, of course, use other browsers to access MojeBanka and MojeBanka Business. A full list may be found in the Technical Conditions.

Ten rules of online security

As a bank, we follow strict security rules for Internet banking. In the same way, the users of MojeBanka Business should follow certain basic rules for the secure use of Internet banking.

Managing accounts for a limited time via the original design

If you so require, you may use MojeBanka Business for a transitional period (until 5 October 2012); this application’s design is the same as the current version of MojeBanka. However, MojeBanka Business is intended primarily for corporate clients, meaning that we have removed several tools from the menu that are currently used only to manage personal accounts.

You will find a link to MojeBanka Business on the MojeBanka login page. You may log in using your existing certificate and password.
