Premium Loan

The Premium loan is intended for:

  • Any individual, Czech citizens
  • foreigners with permanent residency in the Czech Republic
  • citizens of EU member countries with a temporary or permanent residency permit in the Czech Republic
  • exclusively for personal, non-commercial requirements

Characteristics of the Premium loan:

  • a loan from CZK 300,000 to 2,500,000
  • the maximum maturity of the loan is 6 years
  • it is always repaid from a current account with KB (you can open the account before the loan is granted)
  • loan could be secured by a guarantor deposit in KB or building savings in Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelna
The applicant for an Premium loan must present the following:
  • 2 ID documents(your ID card and for example your passport)
  • documents confirming your income (salary confirmation or tax return for the last tax period including confirmation of tax payment)

Advantages of the Premium loan:

  • an immediate decision on the loan
  • up to CZK 250,000 without security
  • premature repayment without penalty at any time, full or partial (for example if you receive an unexpected sum of money)
  • possibility to get free insurance against failure to repay (long-term illness, loss of job, disability or death)

The Premium loan allows you to:

  • schedule the loan repayment for a convenient period set a repayment date convenient for you (for example after payday)
  • premature repayment without any penalty
