  • by activating the additional Expresní linka Plus service, you can also gain access to your accounts via the Internet
  • security for Expresní linka has been designed in line with the experience of leading international banks
    • each access to the service begins with identification and authentication of the caller
    • according to your requirements, you can choose one of two forms of security
      • PIN and password
      • optical key card (OPK) with higher daily security limits
  • simple operation – for access to the bank, you use the same security elements for communication by telephone or via the Internet (the same password and PIN)

Expresní linka allows you to:

  • communicate with the bank and operate your account by telephone
    • obtain information on balances and movements in all of your personal and business accounts
    • follow movements on your accounts by SMS, e-mail or fax
    • submit payment instructions in CZK with instant and advance due dates (also in foreign currencies within Komerční banka)
    • use templates to submit repeated payment orders
    • submit, change and cancel standing orders
    • submit an application for issuance of a payment card, change payment card information, stop-list a card and make claims for payment card transactions
    • submit an application for issue of a credit card, stop-list a card and make claims for credit card transactions
    • permit, change or cancel direct debit
    • arrange services relating to SIPO payments and Telefónica O2 bills, including entry of a maximum limit
    • choose to have mini-statements from a current or savings account (for 10, 20 or 30 days) sent to you
    • open a term account
    • gain information about the availability of a personal or business loan
    • trade with securities – without provision of investment advice and recommendations

The Expresní linka Plus additional service allows you to:

  • communicate with the bank via the Internet while retaining all of the benefits of Expresní linka:
    • view current balances and movements in accounts
    • display a summary of active standing orders
    • gain an overview of available loan limits for gaining a loan product without providing proof of income and without security
    • gain an overview of active permission to perform direct debit / SIPO / direct debit for Teléfonica O2
    • instantly display payment card transactions
    • download electronic statements for accounts and payment cards in PDF format
    • request archive statements in arrears as far back as 2003
    • arrange for sending of notifications on various transactions in your accounts by SMS, e-mail or fax
    • give your accounts their own names for easier management
    • send an on-line request for provision of the services of a telephone banker
    • choose between the Czech and English versions of the service

How to become an Expresní linka user?

  • conclude a contract at the branch, which holds your current account in CZK
  • if you do not have an account with KB, visit any branch to arrange one
  • Internet access (Expresní linka Plus additional service) and access via a mobile telephone (Mobilní banka additional service) can be activated directly with a telephone banker
  • the service can also be ordered on the free telephone line 800 521 521
Registration of your mobile telephone number
  • useful for faster access to Expresní linka services
  • if you call Expresní linka from a registered telephone number, you will not have to undergo initial security procedure – you will be immediately connected to the main offer in the interactive voice response system
  • the interactive voice response system allows for simple and quick access to selected information
  • you can be immediately transferred to a telephone banker whenever you want
  • you can register or change your mobile telephone number at any time directly via a telephone banker

How to cancel Expresní linka and block services?
  • at the Komerční banka branch where your accounts are held
  • directly on the Expresní linka telephone numbers
  • to cancel blocking of Expresní linka you have to visit your KB branch
  • monthly fees are charged in an unchanged manner for the duration of the period Expresní linka is blocked for
  • you can also cancel the service via a telephone banker (an exception to this is Expresní linka for corporate entities and Expresní linka in terms of the Expres account – you must visit the branch for this)
