The MojePlatba service is intended for:

  • users of MojeBanka Internet banking with a valid certificate in a file or on a chip card

Characteristics of the MojePlatba service:

  • an Internet payment tool for clients of Komerční banka
  • cashless payment directly from the trader's website
  • after deciding to use the MojePlatba service for payment for goods or services, the buyer is redirected to the bank website when asked to pay
  • the application shows the user a payment order, which has already been filled in, the user signs this with his or her certificate and after successful authorisation is redirected back to the trader's website
  • the payment is guaranteed for the trader, the trader can thus immediately dispatch the goods

 Which advantages do you gain with the MojePlatba service?

  • convenience – the user has a payment order, which has already been completed by the trader at his disposal
  • speed – the user transfers funds to the trader within a few minutes
  • security – MojePlatba shares its security solution with MojeBanka Internet banking

  • immediate settlement (e.g. on a non-business day) – funds are blocked in the account until the moment they can be cleared

Requirements for MojePlatba:
  • MojeBanka Internet banking
    • can be easily arranged at your branch of Komerční banka
    • MojeBanka Internet banking can also be gained in terms of the advantageous packages offered by Komerční banka
  • a valid ID document
    • Czech citizens: a personal ID card
    • foreigners with permanent residency in the Czech Republic: a residency permit for foreigners stating the permanent residency address in the Czech Republic
    • foreigners without permanent residency in the Czech Republic: a passport
  • personal certificate
    • the first step towards establishment of the MojeBanka service
    • for securing communication between you and the bank for logging in and when signing individual transactions
    • the personal certificate comes in the form of a file and may be saved on portable media (on a diskette, USB flash disk or CD) or on a chip card (if you use a chip card, you must install a reader)
How to get a KB personal certificate?
  • Conclude the pertinent contract at your branch of Komerční banka. Then download the functional personal certificate at home from the Certification wizard.
  • For use of a certificate on a chip card, visit your branch of Komerční banka. Conclude the pertinent contract here and you will receive a functional personal certificate on a chip card on the spot.
  • You only need one personal certificate for access to all direct banking services offered by Komerční banka. Thus, if you use the MojeBanka and Profibanka services at the same time, you will use only one certificate for communication with the bank.
