KB Optimal loan is a cash or non-cash loan ranging from CZK 30 000 to 500 000. The maximum maturity is 10 years. If the loan is not more than CZK 250 000 the Bank does not require any security (higher loans must be secured). KB Optimal loan is designed to consolidate existing credit facilities that are not after maturity date.
KB Optimal Loan will allow you to:
- to decrease the sum of monthly installments of the current credit facilities
- to obtain a clear overview about current obligations due to their consolidation into one
- to save on fees associated with current loans
- to consolidate credit facilities in the total amount from CZK 30,000 to CZK 500,000

The applicant for KB Optimal Loan shall submit:
- 2 ID documents
- income verification or declaration of taxes
- credit documentation of credit facilities granted by other providers intended for consolidation
