The Cash back service is intended for:
everyone who needs cash and wants to save time getting cash.
Characteristics of the Cash back service
The Cash back service will save you the time needed for withdrawing cash from an ATM. You can conveniently get the cash you need directly at a cash desk whenever you pay for goods or services with your payment card.
Conditions for implementation of the Cash back service:
- Buying goods/services at a Komerční banka payment terminal
- Minimum purchase value of CZK 300
- Maximum cash back amount of CZK 1,500
- Minimum cash back amount of CZK 1
- The service is only utilizable within the territory of the Czech Republic
The amount you withdraw from a cash desk is included in the weekly limit of your payment card as a normal transaction.

You can get the cash you need safely, easily and quickly when shopping, without losing time looking for the nearest ATM.
Cash back will enable you to conveniently withdraw cash even in areas where there is no ATM available.
Cash back will enable you to:
- conveniently withdraw cash from a cash desk when paying for your purchase by a card
- withdraw cash at a contractual vendor of Komerční banka as well as from a contractual vendor of another bank that offers this service
- withdraw cash even at places where there is no ATM
How to acquire the Cash back service?
If you have a VISA or MasterCard card, you can use the Cash back service automatically. You can obtain more detailed information at all Komerční banka points of sale or freephone at the KB Infoline on 800 111 055.
