Garant loan
Garant Loan (American mortgage) is designed for:
Any individual, Czech citizen, foreigner with permanent residency in the Czech republic and any EU citizen with temporary or permanent residency permit in the Czech republic. Loan Garant is designed exlusively for personal, non-business needs (e.g. household appliances from various shops, holidays, PC etc.).
Garant Loan characteristics:
It is a cash loan between 200,000 – 2,000,000 CZK, while the money is transferred directly to the client’s account. The maximum maturity validity is 10 years and the repayment are done exclusively from the current account with KB (this can be opened before the loan is granted). The loan is always secured by real estate determined for non-business purposses and its amount can be up to 70% of the usual price of the real estate.
Garant Loan benefits:
- a cash loan, money is transferred directly to your account
- the bank does not check what the money is used for
- the possibility of obtaining a higher amount
- a lower interest rate than cash consumer loans
- longer validity than cash consumer loans
- premature repayment, without any penalty
Garant Loan will allow you to:
- obtain cash without giving the purpose
- schedule the loan repayment for a convenient period
- set a repayment date convenient for you (for example after payday)
How can the Garant Loan be obtained?
To get the Garant Loan simply visit any KB branch. You will need the following basic documents:
- 2 ID documents (your ID card and for example your passport)
- documents confirming your income (salary confirmation or tax return for the last tax period including confirmation of tax payment)
