Characteristics of the Mobilní banka service:
The Mobilní banka service is a revolutionary direct banking service from Komerční banka designed especially for normal persons and small entrepreneurs. Mobilní banka allows you to use banking services anywhere and at anytime using the display and buttons of your mobile phone. Mobilní banka combines the flexibility of telephone banking (you can operate your account from almost anywhere) and the comfort of Internet banking.
The security of the service has been developed on the basis of experience of leading world banks. Entire communication between the client and the bank is encoded using the AES protocol and every access to the service starts with identification and authentication of the user.
Operation is simplified by using the same access security elements as for the Expresní linka service:
- PIN and Password
or - optical key card (OPK)

Easy operation
The service is controlled by an application that you download to your mobile phone. It provides convenient operation and well-arranged graphics identical with the Mojebanka Internet banking service.
Communicate with the bank online
For communication between the client and the bank, the mobile phone uses packet data transfers - GPRS and E-GPRS (or EDGE) - or the CSD dial-up connection. Most of the most recently offered mobile phones on the market provide any of the mentioned modes of communication.

How to get Mobilní banka:
To be able to use Mobilní banka, the following requirements must be met:
To have Expresní linka telephone banking activated
Expresní linka and Mobilní banka use the same security features. You can take advantage of this by getting Expresní linka as a part of product packages from Komerční banka or by concluding a contract at the branch operating your current account in CZK.
To have a mobile phone meeting the technical conditions
To use the Mobilní banka service, a mobile phone with the following parameters is needed:

To have data services activated with the mobile operator
To be able to work with Mobilní banka, working access to data services is necessary. It is the responsibility of the client to establish and maintain data services with the mobile operator.
To have data connection parameters set up in the mobile phone
Telephone bankers will help you set the data connection parameters when activating the service. With some types of mobile phones, a configuration SMS can be sent.
If you meet all these conditions, simply call the Expresní linka (955 551 551) and activate the Mobilní banka service. Our telephone bankers will be happy to help you with activation and putting the service into operation.
Activation of the service:
- Call Expresní linka and ask for activation of the service. The telephone banker will help you with the phone settings and check whether your phone is suitable for the service. If you wish, he/she will e-mail you a detailed explanation of the settings and activation of the service.
- The telephone banker will give you a single-purpose ten-char code to activate the service and send you an SMS message containing the address to download the Mobilní banka application.
- Open the SMS message and download the Mobilní banka application.
- Encrypting keys will be generated upon first login to the service. To correctly generate keys, type the first four chars of your PIN in the appropriate fields, the first six chars of your password and the activation code (the operator will tell you the code). If you are using an optical key card (OPK) as a security element for Expresní linka, type the OPK serial number.
- Wait until the encryption keys have been generated (this may take even several minutes - according to the power of the processor of your mobile phone). The application will inform you of completion of the process. You can start using Mobilní banka now.
Blocking and cancelling the service
If you want to block the Mobilní banka service, you can do so at the bank branch operating your accounts or via the Expresní linka number (955 551 551). Both Mobilní banka and Expresní linka will be blocked. To unblock, you have to go to your KB branch. During the blocking period, monthly fees for these services are charged in the same amount.
You can also cancel the service using the telephone banker.
