Services of KB Investment banking are suited for all clients who want to use equity markets volatility or comparatively higher bond yields to obtain additional income on their free cash resources. Through KB you will gain direct access to the Prague Stock Exchange. As a first step, KB will establish a "portfolio account" for you. Subsequently you may submit buy or sell orders based fully on your discretion. These trading orders can be placed:

via phone
personally at the branch office
via fax

KB will always endeavour to buy or sell securities at the best possible price available on the market or we will stick to your limits. Also, KB can give you access to primary markets of Czech government bonds and/or primary markets of SG-originated products (based on availability).

Equity investments are suitable for dynamic clients who want to have the possibility of getting above-average yield, even at the price of possible fluctuations of the investment´s value. Equity investments are by definition long-term.

Fixed-income investments are suitable for all clients who want to invest for a pre-determined period of time and receive fixed coupon payments at regular dates. On a general basis, bonds are deemed safer and less risky investments than equities.

You will set the price at which you want the transaction to be carried out: limit price (max in case of purchase or min in case of sale), market price (the best possible price at any given moment) or "to be the best quote" (when trading in SPAD).

Be informed about your investment status

At least once in three months you will receive a statement of your portfolio account, with a detailed description of the balance of your funds and stocks. As part of the statement, a summary of all transactions that took place in that period is included.
