Municipality Package contains financial products and services that will safeguard reliable and effective management of funding of self-governing entities.

The loan is intended for towns, communities and regions to acquire tangible and intangible fixed assets including projects or funding of fixed assets renovation.

Loans from the Ponte II Programme allow municipalities to finance projects with grants from European funds. A loan for pre-financing of a grant resolves any time discrepancy between settlement of eligible project expenditure and receipt of the grant. A loan for co-financing of a project can be used to cover expenditure, which is not covered by the grant.

FRB current account is intended for legal entities - communities to which these financial resources are transferred to these accounts from the Governmental Housing Development Fund.
