What is Mojebanka?

Mojebanka internet banking is a modern Komerční banka product designed to provide selected banking transactions through the internet. It gives you continuous access to the Bank and saves time, making it possible for you to operate your accounts from any PC connected to the Internet from the comfort of your home or office. With Mojebanka you can operate all your accounts and make these accessible to other users through defined access rights.

The security solution used by Mojebanka has been designed in compliance with electronic signature standards. It guarantees top-level security both in communication between the Bank and the user, and in signing orders within the service. All communication is held on the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), and each active transaction is signed by the user with his/her electronic signature, in case of using personal certificate in file also with supplementary authorisation SMS code.

The Mojebanka service instantly provides updated information on all your accounts accessible through the service. You have updated information on the available balance on your accounts at any time. You can also see the information about withdrawals from ATM and payments with payment cards immediately in the on-line regime. The transaction history shows the orders settled on the account. You can use various filters to conduct rapid searches of specific transactions. With Mojebanka you can set sending SMS messages, emails or fax messages on a number of account-related matters (e.g. balance, incoming payments advice, payment card transaction advice, etc.). If you think of a loan, you get an overview of current available loan limits for the possibility to get a loan immediately without proof of income and without securing. How to become a Mojebanka user?

You can get your Mojebanka internetbanking very easily at your KB branch office.

You can receive Mojebanka internet banking as part of Komerční banka's advantageous packages.

To conclude the agreement, you should bring a valid identity document (CR citizens: identity card; foreigners/CR residents: residence permit certificate identifying the place of residence; foreigners/CR non-residents: passport). If you have submitted an electronic application for the certificate you should bring the imprint of the Certificate application (from the Certification guide). If you want to authorise other persons to have access to your account they should visit the branch with the same documents. If you don’t have current account with Komerční banka and you want to open a business account, you should also bring your business licence or an extract from the Commercial Register.

Personal certificate

The first step in establishing the Mojebanka service is to produce your personal certificate in file or on smart card. In case of using personal certificate in file, it is necessary to register a mobile phone number for receiving authorisation SMS codes for active operations.

The certificate will be used to secure your communication with the Bank. You will use it to log on and sign individual transactions.

The personal certificate is a file which may be stored on a portable media (floppy disk, USB flash disk or CD) or on a  smart card. If you use the smart card, you have to install a  reader.

How to receive personal certificate?

  1. Visit the branch of Komerční banka which operates your accounts and conclude the appropriate contract there. Subsequently, at home you can download your functional personal certificate from the Certification Wizard.
  2. If you want to use a personal certificate stored on a smart card, come to your branch of Komerční banka operating your accounts. Conclude the appropriate contract and you will receive functional personal certificate on a smart card on the spot.
