Card transaction claims

In case you find any inconvenience in transaction realized with your payment card, i.e. incorrectly charged amount, incorrect currency, unauthorized or wrong transaction, you can apply the claim:

  • with help of your Relationship Manager at KB Branch
  • by e-mail send to together with filled form Protokol o reklamaci
    • in the form it is necessary to fill in specific transaction you do not agree with (transaction date, amount, merchant’s name)
    • if you have a receipt related to claimed transactions please enclosed this document or a copy of the document
