KB's current and new clients therefore have an opportunity to obtain the longest fixed-rate periods for a unique price, thereby saving up to tens of thousands of crowns. The longer the fixed-rate period selected by clients, the greater benefit they receive from KB.
This special offer is limited in time, and is applicable when the application for a mortgage loan is filed between 24 August and 11 October 2009, or until further notice.
Traditionally, we expect the greatest demand for our Flexibilní hypotéka (Flexible Mortgage Loan; The Mortgage Loan of the Year 2008), which makes it possible for clients to flexibly increase or decrease the monthly instalments depending on their current financial situation, or to interrupt repayment for up to three months.
We also offer the opportunity to take out Payment Protection Insurance for KB Mortgage Loans. The policy covers the clients and their relatives and property. Several alternative options are available. In addition to a policy covering death and full disability, clients can also take out a policy covering inability to work and, in the comprehensive package, loss of employment. Should any of these events occur the client's debt to the bank is paid by the insurance company or the client's instalments on the loan are paid from the compensation provided by the insurer. Further, in the event of illness or unemployment, the client is relieved of the obligation to pay the premiums.
The features of Payment Protection Insurance for KB Mortgage Loans include the following:
- An opportunity to obtain a lower rate of interest on the mortgage loan
- The range of the risk cover provides protection in the most difficult situations in life
- Premium payments only start at the moment of loan drawdown
- Lowered premiums after an extraordinary instalment on the loan
- Easy arrangements together with the mortgage loan at the same point of sale
