Jitka Pantůčková, currently Executive Director for Operations at KB, is leaving KB to steer Ohrid Bank in Macedonia within the Société Générale Group.

As the main shareholder of Ohrid Bank in Macedonia, the Société Générale Group nominated Jitka Pantůčková, currently Executive Director for Operations at KB, to the position of Ohrid Bank's Chairwoman and CEO.

Jitka Pantůčková therefore becomes the second woman in the history of the Société Générale Group's Retail Banking outside France (BHFM) to hold the chairmanship of a Board of Directors. She will take up her position with effect from 1 January 2010.

The third major change in Komerční banka's management team is the appointment of Monika Truchlikováas Deputy Executive Director for Marketing a Business Development. She has been with Komerční banka since 2002, initially as head of marketing for retail banking responsible for segment management and product offering for individuals and small businesses.
