Effective from that same date, Jana Švábenská, currently director of Trade and Export Finance, will take up the position of Executive Director for Operations at KB. At the same time, Jana Švábenskáwill become a member of Komerční banka's Directors Committee, and will use her long practical experience in Trade Finance there.
Jana Švábenská joined Komerční banka in 2000 following a long stint at ČSOB where she worked in documentary payments and export/import financing. She chairs Faktoring KB's Supervisory Board and has long served on the Executive Board of the ICC national committee, where she also chairs the Banking Technique and Practice commission.
The third major change in Komerční banka's management team is the appointment of Monika Truchlikováas Deputy Executive Director for Marketing a Business Development. In her new position, Monika Truchliková has therefore been capitalising on her almost ten years in bank marketing since 1 November 2009.
Monika Truchlíková graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the University of Economics in Prague. She has been with Komerční banka since 2002, initially as head of marketing for retail banking responsible for segment management and product offering for individuals and small businesses.
Not least, we would also like to announce a newly created position, Advisor to the CEO for KB and SG Group Synergies. Jana Hanušová holds this position as from 1 January 2010.
Jana Hanušová joined Komerční banka in 1999. She initially worked in KB's marketing, and from 2004 at Essox in the position of head of marketing. Since 2007, she has served as head of marketing at Rusfinance Bank, Société Générale's consumer credit subsidiary in Russia. In her new position Jana Hanušová will therefore use her international experiences acquired within the Société Générale Group.
