Komerční banka has redesigned its website for its clients. In addition to changes in the appearance and structure of the website, a major new feature is its better accessibility for visually handicapped and motion-impaired users.

User-friendliness is the underlying idea of the redesigned website. Now, the content is more understandable, simpler and, above all, adjusted to the target groups in each segments.

“The primary purpose of the overhaul of Komerční banka's website was to make it easy to view, implement a clear and consistent structure of a broad range of information, and support the KB Group's visual identity,” said David Šmahel, Head of Marketing Communication at KB. A special requirement, which is far from common for corporate websites in the Czech Republic, was to adjust the website to KB's disabled clients.

The content of the website has also been changed very much. The description of each of KB's products and services has been rephrased with a view to helping users find the information that they seek as quickly as possible, and find this information to be understandable for them, and to describing the solution to their needs as best as possible.

EURO RSCG is the author of the creative design of KB's new website, while the FG Forrest internet agency has carried out the technical implementation.
