Through its new specialised branch for foreigners, the EXPAT Premium Centre, Komerční banka now serves 800 foreign clients. The branch was opened on Štěpánská Street in Prague in May 2010, and in addition to KB's standard products and services offers expatriates a number of other advantages, including communication in five world languages.

The specialised EXPAT Premium Centre was set up with a view to enhancing the quality of services provided to foreigners who stay in the Czech Republic on a long-term basis. Its purpose is to offer a broad range of products and services to clients in this segment and, primarily, a highly professional approach to their individual requirements. Standard services include communication in English, French, German, Spanish, and Russian, documents in English, opening hours adjusted to clients' requirements, and parking places reserved for the branch's clients.

"We are very pleased to see the rising number of expat clients, which only confirms that the decision to set up a specialised branch was correct. We therefore plan to reinforce this concept going forward," said Vladimír Jeřábek, Member of the Board and Senior Executive Director.

At selected branches, Komerční banka also offers foreign clients specialised desks, called Foreign Customer Desks, where relationship managers speaking foreign languages will serve them.
