Komerční banka has won in the Banks category of the Web Top 100 competition. The victory implies recognition for the innovations and changes made by KB in its corporate website over the past year.

Its victory in the Banks category vindicates Komerční banka’s concept and strategy for its online communication. Since the complete redesign of Komerční banka’s website two years ago, users’ preferences and moods have been continuously monitored. The website is then changed and adjusted on the basis of their periodical evaluation. This systematic analytical effort is one of the most efficient ways in which a website can be turned into a communication tool that is successful over the long term.
