Komerční banka becomes The Most Desired Company for the past ten years

In this year’s Sodexo Employer of the Year 2012 competition, Komerční banka has won the prestigious title of The Most Desired Company 2002-2012. Komerční banka has won a special award in this anniversary, tenth, edition of the competition for its long-term achievements in the category in which Czech students rate the most admired and desired employers.

At Komerční banka, students and graduates have an opportunity to learn from top-notch banking professionals and enhance their skills in the fields of their interest. We also expect them to be one of the natural sources of innovations. We bet on strong teamwork, which is an integral part of our corporate culture and a major success factor for us,” David Formánek, Executive Director for Human Resources at Komerční banka, commented on the victory.

Its long-term activities in relationships with students and graduates have also contributed to Komerční banka’s success.

This success in the tenth year of the Sodexo Employer of the Year competition follows major awards that Komerční banka has won during the past 12 months: its overall victory in the prestigious Fincentrum Bank of the Year 2011 awards, and the title Bank of the Year 2012 awarded in Hospodářské noviny’s competition.
