Prague, 2 December 2015 – At the end of 2015, all of Komerční banka’s branches will keep their opening hours as usual, with the exception of 31 December 2015 when all branches will close earlier, at 1 p.m.

For its clients, Komerční banka has prepared detailed overviews of the latest time by which payment orders (for domestic and international payments, including SEPA payments) and direct debit orders must be delivered to the bank, and cash deposited at counters, if they are to be processed and credited to the beneficiaries’ accounts in 2015.

KB clients who use online direct banking services also receive information about the latest time for sending orders via the bulletin board in the respective application. Orders for standard payments in CZK to third-party banks in the Czech Republic can be sent via direct banking channels by 8.30 p.m. on 30 December 2015 (with the due date on that day) and orders for payments within KB by 8.30 p.m. on 31 December 2015 (with the due date on that day). On 31 December 2015, payments in CZK to third-party banks in the Czech Republic, designated as express payments, can be sent until 2 p.m. KB’s Expresní linka service will be available non-stop over the Christmas and New Year holidays. Orders for payments to other countries can be delivered by 29 December 2015 (with the due date on that day), and SEPA payments by 30 December 2015 (with the due date on that day). These payments have to be submitted via direct banking by 8:30 p.m. in the case of non-conversion payments and by 5 p.m. in the case of conversion payments.

It is for the first time this year that you can deposit cash in CZK in accounts kept by third-party banks in the Czech Republic without any limitations as late as 31 December 2015 by 11.30 a.m., as super express deposits at counters in KB branches, including deposits in accounts kept at KB’s subsidiaries and at the CNB.

You can obtain detailed information at www.kb.cz and all KB branches.

The table shows the latest time by which payment orders and direct debit orders need to be delivered if they are to be processed and credited to the beneficiary’s account in 2015.

*) Provided that the beneficiary’s bank keeps the statutory time limits for the crediting of payments.

**) The latest date for the crediting of payments to the beneficiary’s account outside the Czech Republic depends on the time limits and banking days applicable to the beneficiary’s bank.
