It is possible to make payments from the following banks: AirBank, Česká spořitelna, Creditas, EQUA, mBank, Raiffeisenbank, ČSOB a Poštovní spořitelna, UniCredit Bank (Czech Republic) and Sberbank.

MojeBanka

Step 1

Sign in to your MojeBanka online banking as usual.

Step 2

Click “Payment” on the card of the relevant account on the main page.

Step 3

A form will open that allows you to submit a payment from a third-party bank account. It contains all important fields.

Step 4

Once you submit your order, you will be redirected to the relevant bank’s application in order to authorise your transaction. Following the authorisation, you will be redirected back to your KB online banking.

Step 5

You can immediately verify any submitted transactions in the list of payments in the “Submitted transactions” tab. Once the transactions are processed by the other bank, you will be able to see them together will other transactions in the “History” tab.

The payment service is subject to Czech Banking Association standards. This ensures the same level of security as within all online banking systems. For security reasons, it is necessary to reconnect your third-party bank accounts to KB online banking from time to time. This frequency/period is subject to specific rules of each connected bank.

MojeBanka Business

Step 1

Sign in to your MojeBanka Business online banking as usual.

Step 2

Go to “Main menu” and then select “Payment orders” and “Payment order in CZK”.

Step 3

A standard form will open that allows you to submit payments. Simply select a third-party bank account, from which you wish to make a payment, in the upper right corner.

Step 4

Once you submit your order, you will be redirected to the relevant bank’s application in order to authorise your transaction. Following the authorisation, you will be redirected back to your KB online banking.

Step 5

You can immediately verify any submitted transactions in the list of payments in the “Submitted transactions” tab. Once the transactions are processed by the other bank, you will be able to see them together will other transactions in the “History” tab.

In the “Accounts at other banks” section, select an account, from which you wish to make a payment.

Step 3
