  • For online communication with KB, you need a personal certificate in a file or on a smartcard
  • About personal certificate
    • Secures communication between you and the bank – logging in and signing transactions
    • Required in order to use the MojeBanka service
    • In order to use your certificate in a file, you have to register a mobile phone number for receipt of authorization text messages (SMS)
    • It may be saved on portable storage devices (USB disk, CD) or smartcard (card reader must be installed to use a smartcard )
  • How to get a personal certificate
    • Enter into the relevant agreement at a KB branch
    • Collect your functional personal certificate via the login page of MojeBanka

A clearer home screen and electronic signing of contracts

Changes in the home screen

We have made the upper internet banking navigation screen clearer, for better movement and orientation. You will now find it contains Messages, Documents, Logged in User Details, Settings and Log out of Application.

In the Messages section, we will continue to send you commercial and operating information, while in the Documents section you will find account statements, conditions relating to products, and archives of your electronic documents.

In the section marked Logged in User, you will find the information about last login and the administration of your personal certificate.

Sign contracts and other documents electronically

The electronic signing of contracts and appendices, which saves you having to visit the branch, is a new option for you. Here, you can currently sign a consumer loan agreement or a contract on the issue of a credit card, and now you can also sign an appendix to a mortgage loan agreement if a new interest rate has been fixed.

The bank will also send you other important documents in this section; for example, it currently sends you a Notification of New Mortgage Interest Rate, once it has been fixed.

In the future, we will expand the electronic signing option to include other types of documents, in order to save you as many trips to the branch as possible.

Along with the new menu, the lower part of the screen is also changing; we have replaced the Messages and Documents section with useful tips, and moved it to the upper navigation screen.

Direct debits will be smarter

In this new version, we will offer you a new type of notification of the detailed reason for the non-execution of a direct debit, by e-mail, SMS, or the so-called push notification in Mobilní banka. We will also introduce the option of the online setting up of a direct debit permission by 8.30 pm on the business day.

We want direct debits in KB to be smarter, which is why, during this year, we will offer you new options in direct debit processing, which will ensure that the direct debits on your account are executed efficiently, while simultaneously protecting you against possible delays in their payment.

We are preparing a revolutionary new option in direct debit processing for you, which will be available in the autumn. Among others, it will simplify your communication with mobile operators, energy suppliers and other direct debit recipients, as well as setting a new level of security in direct debit execution. You have a lot to look forward to.

Display the fee for a transaction when it is entered

Now, as soon as you enter a payment, you will always know how much it costs. At the same time, you will also know exactly what you are paying for - you will see the price of the payment execution, as well as the price of any other services you choose. The displayed sums are always based on the current KB Rate Book.

Improved payment notifications

On payment orders, we have improved the payment notification functionality for you; it will simplify the sending of notifications considerably. We have already filled in your e-mail address and telephone number as initial values - all you have to do is choose where you want to send the notification.

Graphic elements in the confirmation screen

In order to make the status of payment order sending clearer, we have introduced new graphic elements into the last confirmation step of the form. Now it will be evident, at first sight, whether the payment was executed or not. For a successfully executed payment, we have introduced the green “pipe” icon, while a rejected payment is represented by the red “cross” icon, and a non-executed payment, which has not been definitively rejected, is represented by the “exclamation mark” icon.

Improvement of pop-up hints

On the basis of your suggestions, we have improved screen descriptions and advice for their correct filling in. We have prepared new wordings of the hints which appear when a mouse is passed over them. In this way, work with MojeBanka internet banking brings more comfort.

Deletion of authorisation orders

We have come up with a simplified deletion of unsigned authorisation orders from overviews. Authorisation orders can be deleted without the need to enter a password, and without displaying a recap screen. This significantly speeds up and simplifies deletion.

Unified Direct Debit Permission form

We are continuing to simplify the main navigation screen in the MojeBanka service. Now you can find all 3 types of direct debit permissions under a single link - “Direct Debit Permission, SIPO, O2”, because we have created a unified form for you in which you can easily and quickly choose the type of direct debit permission which you want to set up. So, once again, the menu is a little clearer, and work with MojeBanka internet banking is simpler!

Amendment of authorisation screens

We have amended the authorisation screen for SEPA and foreign payments for you, so that its appearance, content and terminology is as similar as possible to the entry screen, thereby enabling you to orient yourself in it more easily.

Remove saved previously topped up phone numbers

MojeBanka now allows you to delete a telephone number which you previously saved for easier topping up. In this way, future top ups will be simpler and clearer for you.

Apply for a mortgage via MojeBanka

We have prepared a new Mortgage Application Guide for you in MojeBanka. Now we will perform an evaluation directly within the scope of an application made by you via internet banking, and we will subsequently also check external credit registers. In this way, we will save you time you would have spent filling in information in the branch.

You can then monitor the status of your application directly in MojeBanka - My Orders, where you will see, for example, if your application has already been processed.
