Important information for you

  • For online communication with KB, you need a personal certificate in a file or on a smartcard
  • About personal certificate
    • Secures communication between you and the bank – logging in and signing transactions
    • Required in order to use the MojeBanka service
    • In order to use your certificate in a file, you have to register a mobile phone number for receipt of authorization text messages (SMS)
    • It may be saved on portable storage devices (USB disk, CD) or smartcard (card reader must be installed to use a smartcard )
  • How to get a personal certificate
    • Enter into the relevant agreement at a KB branch
    • Collect your functional personal certificate via the login page of MojeBanka
    • Certificate on a smartcard is also available directly at a KB branch

Faster payments between KB accounts

Payment orders entered during a business day will newly be executed and money transferred to the counterparty's account within 15 seconds after sending.

Make full use of the money on your credit card

Using credit cards in the MojeBanka e-banking is now easier than ever. The form looks like an ordinary payment order where you can select any account of the counterparty (including non-KB accounts) and you can add payment symbols or a description. You can therefore also pay phone invoices or make other payments. To make the transaction even faster, you can use your templates.

Do you need to provide your templates to someone else? You can now save templates as a file in the Template Overview. You can then send them to another user who can then import them, also in the Template Overview.

Transfer from a savings account

When transferring from a savings account from a card, pressing the Transfer to account button will now automatically fill in the first current account as the counterparty account. The automatically filled-in current account belongs to the same owner as the savings account.

View detailed information about transactions, accounts and more

You can newly click on a row in table overviews in e-banking to view more details. For example, clicking a row in the Transaction history will display detailed information about the transaction.

Easier-to-read overview of standing orders

Standing orders are newly listed by the closest due date. This allows you to find a standing order more easily and quickly.

You can newly get a consumer loan in MojeBanka with a maturity date of up to 8 years.

Easier management of your investment in IKS and Amundi share certificates

We introduced several new features for easier management of share certificates. You can now access the Portfolio structure directly from the Portfolio overview by clicking the given row in the Portfolio overview.

Data are now updated every two hours. If the exchange rate of a share certificate changes, the change will take effect already on the given day and not the day after.

Furthermore, you will not be able to perform actions with share certificates unless you complete the Investor Questionnaire. You will be informed by the e-banking in this situation. This is due to the obligation of Komerční banka to verify the investor's abilities. The questionnaire is available in Savings and investments / Purchase and sale of share certificate / Complete questionnaire and you can complete it at any time.

At the same time, you can monitor the development of values for individual funds in the graph.

Changes in sending of foreign payments paid out by a cheque

  • You can now send cheques in GBP only to Great Britain and with a maximum amount of 10,000 GBP.
  • Cheques in USD can be sent to all countries with a maximum amount of 10,000 USD. However, the value of the cheque is not limited when sending it to the United States of America.
  • Payments in EUR made to Slovakia have their fee type automatically set to OUR and this cannot be changed.

These changes apply to payments sent via the Foreign payment form as well as to payments loaded using batches.

Do you need to send money to an account from which you received a payment? Incoming payments in the Transaction History newly include the New Payment button, which creates a payment order with pre-filled data from the transaction history.

Easier searching for foreign and SEPA payments in Transaction History

The filters in the Transaction History newly include the "foreign and SEPA payment" criterion which will help you find the information you need much faster.

Enter SEPA payments and foreign payments within the Czech Republic and Slovakia without errors in the account number

We will newly inform you if you make a mistake in the counterparty's account number in IBAN format for SEPA and foreign payments within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We check IBAN in accordance with the national standards for account numbers just like for domestic payments, both when entered directly into a form and when loaded from accounting systems.

Change the address of non-life insurance

If you have property insurance by Komerční pojišťovna, you can now change your contact address directly in the MojeBanka e-banking system.

You can delete read messages in the e-banking system. You now store only interesting or important messages in your Mailbox.

Change of deadline for sending domestic payments with conversion

We have shortened the time for entering a domestic payment with conversion (the payment currency is different than the currency of your account or the recipient's account for payment within the bank) from 20:30 to 17:00 due to new procedures which are part of the bank's currency risk management.
