Investiční kapitálová společnost Komerční banky (IKS KB) has launched a new service, IKS Investment Manager, which is intended for the public. IKS Investment Manager is a modern product for client portfolio management. Clients can leave worries about the composition of their investment portfolio to experts who continuously monitor the situation on markets and change the mix of securities depending on the current development. The minimum investment is CZK 250,000.
“The IKS Investment Manager service is mainly suitable for those who do not have the time, will or knowledge to manage their financial savings and want to achieve better returns than those currently offered by term deposits or savings accounts,” said Pavel Hoffman, IKS KB Vice-Chairman, adding: “The key for us is primarily the client’s sensitivity to risk and investment horizon. We can select an investment strategy that will suit the client best.”
IKS Investment Manager offers three basic investment strategies: conservative, balanced and dynamic. The underlying assets for the service are comprised of equity funds, bond funds, and money market funds managed by the Amundi Group.
Clients are notified of all operations executed. In addition, every quarter they receive a summary report containing the manager’s comments, the structure of the assets and, naturally, the growth achieved. Compared with investments in mutual funds the fees for IKS Investment Manager are lower. When clients decide to sell their investment, no fees are charged.
Investiční kapitálová společnost KB and Amundi manage the underlying assets. The Amundi Group, the largest asset manager in Europe and one of the ten largest investment companies worldwide in terms of assets under management, amounting to EUR 843 billion at the end of September 2014, is the main shareholder of Investiční kapitálová společnost KB.
