“We offered an opportunity to spend some time working and learning at Komerční banka to all the finalists. The students were given an opportunity to join the innovation process at KB and propose a way of responding to the changes that are under way in the banking sector. The contest was also very inspiring for us and has brought us some original and fresh tips,”said Patrice Begue, Executive Director for Marketing and Communication at KB.
Komerční banka calls the “Put Your Heads Together” innovation contest, intended for university students, every year. This year, students had their own choice of topics for their projects depending on their interests. Four projects of talented students reached the 2015 finals; the projects focused on incumbent banks’ competitiveness at the time of the FinTech revolution, on the appropriate and correct targeting of communication strategies at young clients, and on the use of e-identity in communication in the public and private sector.
