ABOUT ASSISTANCE SERVICES OF AXA ASISTANCE

Assistance services are available outside the Czech Republic, throughout the insurance coverage term.  

If you have any health problems, the assistance company will arrange an English or Czech speaking doctor – for outpatient or hospital treatment. Individual doctors are selected from a rigorously verified network of health professionals.  

If you have a legal problem, the assistance company will get you in contact with the relevant embassy or provide you with the name 

and address of a local attorney, also arranging necessary interpreting services. 

Naturally, they will provide you with any necessary information prior to your departure.
