From the moment you report a stolen/lost payment card (i.e. cancellation) we shall be liable for any loss incurred as a result of the loss, theft or unauthorised use of your card.

Additional information

Do you want to cancel your payment card at a branch but cannot come in person? You card may be cancelled by anyone else (e.g. spouse, co-worker, etc.).

Unless you decline a new card upon payment card cancellation, we will automatically issue a new card – with a new card number and PIN – subject to a fee specified in our Pricelist. For mobile cards, you choose your new mPIN in the Mobilní banka app - the Mobile cards section.
