PSD2 services

Register within our PSD2 API portal in the PSD2 Sandbox.

Use the PSD2 Sandbox to TEST YOUR SOLUTION.

Make sure that you have your PSD2 registration in the EBA register as well as a PSD2 notification for the Czech Republic in the JERRS register of the Czech National Bank.

Download the public part of a PSD2 QSEAL certificate (qualified certificate for electronic seals) or QWAC certificate (qualified website authentication certificate) issued to you in accordance with ETSI standards by a certification authority (QTSP) included in the EU/EEA list. You should check in advance the list of QTSPs from which Komerční banka already accepts PSD2 QWAC/QSEAL certificates.

Next, you need to submit your certificate to us using our email API@kb.cz. Your email should be sent from an email address of your TPP licensed under the PSD2. Do not include the public part of your PSD2 certificate in the email attachment in the DER format without compressing it (ZIP); only certificates in PEM or TXT formats can be attached freely.

You will receive a confirmation of registration of your certificate from Komerční banka – this confirmation will be sent from API@kb.cz (your certificate will thus be included among the so-called trusted certificates in our PSD2 ecosystem). You can subsequently start using the relevant PSD2 services within our API production with your registered PSD2 certificate (please follow the manual for the registration and authorization process).
