The financing program supported by the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises with up to 250 employees, cities, and municipalities planning to invest in the renovation or expansion of their production facilities under the program Supporting Jobs and Economic and Financial Inclusion or Urban, Rural, and Regional Development.

The CEB program also places a stronger emphasis on the so-called transition regions of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Similar to the EIB Climate Action initiative, the program focuses on green investments and adheres to the Paris Agreement.

Clients can benefit from an interest rate reduced by up to 0.15% compared to our standard offering, as well as additional rate advantages available under designated programmes. Administrative requirements are minimal, and no supplementary documentation is needed for approval. We fully represent clients in all communication with the CEB. Our team provides qualified advisory support, clarifies all drawdown conditions, and ensures inclusion in the relevant programme.
