UnBlu
UnBlu tool scripts have been implemented to the websites. The UnBlu tool is used for client communication via the LiveChat service. All conversations between UnBlu operators and the users are stored on Komerční banka‘s servers for a period of 6 months, for the purpose of marketing analyses. When the LiveChat function is activated, a preview of the currently opened browser tab is also transmitted to the operator.

SAS may use information about your visit to the KB website for the purpose of identifying customers and subsequently improving products and services and providing advertisements for product and services that you might be interested in.
