You can enjoy our TOP Offer account completely free of charge, if you fulfil at least one of the following conditions each month. The specified limits in Czech crowns also apply to foreign currency equivalents.
- Your total savings and investments with Komerční banka and/or Modrá pyramida (MPSS) and/or Komerční pojišťovna (KP) and/or KB Penzijní společnost (KB PS) and/or Amundi Czech Republic amount to CZK 3,000,000 or more.
- Income for your personal bank accounts (that we maintain for you as a consumer) amounts to no less than CZK 100,000 with at least one incoming payment of CZK 70,000 or more.
- Monthly income for your personal bank accounts (that we maintain for you as a consumer) amounts to no less than CZK 100,000 on average for the past 12 months and your total savings and investments with KB and/or MPSS and/or KP and/or KB PS and/or Amundi Czech Republic amount to CZK 1,000,000 or more.
- Sum of all your KB loan payments (i.e. with regard to consumer, mortgage, and pre-mortgage loans) and/or MPSS building savings loan payments amounts to no less than CZK 30,000. Or you are the owner of a TOP nabídka account opened by December 31st, 2022 and you have already fulfilled the condition for keeping the account free of charge by the sum of granted mortgage loans at KB and/or loans from building savings at MPSS in the amount of at least CZK 5,000,000.
- Sum of your KB mortgage loans and/or MPSS buildings savings loans amounts to no less than CZK 6,000,000 (i.e. loan amounts specified in the applicable loan agreements).
- You are a client of Komerční banka Private Banking.
If you do not meet at least one of the above criteria, we may charge you CZK 1,490 per month for KB Premium.
