Accolade Investment Company Limited (C 94600) is authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to provide investment services, is subject to regulation by the MFSA and is qualified as an ‘Alternative Investment Fund Manager’.in accordance with Directive 2011/61/EU (the ‘Manager’). The Manager acts as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) in relation to Accolade Fund SICAV plc. (sv 322) (the ‘Fund’) and Accolade Industrial Fund (the ‘Sub-Fund’), which are also licensed by the MFSA.

Správce působí jako Správce Alternativních Investičních Fondů (AIFM) ve vztahu ke společnostem Accolade Fund SICAV plc. (sv 322) („Fond“) a Accolade Industrial Fund („Dílčí Fond“), kterým také udělila licenci komise MFSA.
