How will your premium services change
- We will convert your TOP Offer accounts and payment cards to the Exclusive plan, which you will get free of charge.
- Payment card travel insurance is replaced with Travel Insurance Premium Family with higher limits.
- Merlin payment card insurance is replaced with the upgraded Payment Card and Personal Possessions Insurance.
- Visa Platinum card is replaced with the prestigious Visa Infinite card. Gold cards are no longer offered.
- Terms and conditions for getting KB Premium free of charge remain the same.
- Premium relationship manager will continue to help you with everyday issues, as well as investments, insurance and mortgage loans.
- Your credit cards will still be valid, with only minor differences.

You will receive an invitation
We will let you know that your new banking platform is ready. The actual migration date depends on the KB services that you use. Take a moment to read everything and follow the instructions.

Once you receive an invitation, you can transition
There will be an online guide to assist you with the transition process. You will only need your mobile phone with KB Klíč. You can also ask your Premium relationship manager for assistance – either at a branch or online.

Everything will remain the same until you transition
You can still use all your existing services and applications the way you are used to, including internet and mobile banking, before you receive an invitation to transition.
