You have plenty of time to complete the process. Before you transition, all your products and applications will continue to work the way you are used to. However, you will need to transition in the future.
The transition to the new banking platform is not just about a new app. It concerns your products that will be replaced with new and improved ones. And these products require new contractual documents to be signed.
If you download and activate the new KB+ app during the transition process, you can sign in to the app in the manner you selected.
Nothing changes if you use browser-based Internet banking – you will enter your user name and confirm it with KB Klíč (it is newly included in the KB+ app).
Following the transition, your products will be migrated to new and better ones that will be better suited to your needs. Product settings may vary slightly; however, the basics – e.g. your account number, payment card number or standing orders – will remain the same.

If you wish to try out the KB+ app before everything is ready for you, not all products that you currently use may be available.
Individual fees during the new era of banking will be slightly different. There may be some differences; however, they should be minimal. You may actually end up paying less.
We will migrate your products and services to the new banking platform to correspond with your existing situation as much as possible.
Once you are successfully migrated to the new banking platform, you will not need the existing MojeBanka / Mobilní banka applications any more. You will be able to access everything in the new KB+ online banking platform – in your mobile phone and your computer.
Moreover, you will not even need the KB Klíč app, as it will newly be integrated directly in KB+ in your mobile phone.
KB Klíč will newly be integrated directly in KB+. Consequently, you will only need one app for everything.
Until you transition to the new banking platform and start using KB+, all your applications (MojeBanka, Mobilní banka, KB Klíč) will continue to work the way they do now.
Yes, you can. However, if you download the KB+ app before you receive an invitation to migrate your services, you will need to open a new account (plan), i.e. a second account. Once you have the new KB+ app, you can use all the features and services already available in the app.
For the time being, you will not see your existing account or any products linked to such account (payment card(s), overdraft, etc.) in the KB+ app.
Other KB products that you have will be shown in the new app (e.g. building and pension savings); however, you may not be able to manage them yet.
You can still manage all of your existing products through the MojeBanka Internet banking and the Mobilní banka app – the way you are used to.
Therefore, if you download KB+ before you are invited to migrate to the new banking platform, you will need both the old and the new banking platforms to manage all your products.
Once you receive your invitation, we will transfer all your products, including your old account and its settings (account number, standing orders, etc.). You can then choose which account to use as your primary account or you can close one of the accounts in the app.
In the event you downloaded KB+ before you received an invitation to migrate, not all your services are ready for the new banking platform.
Naturally, you can use KB+; however, you will only be able to manage some of your products through the MojeBanka Internet banking and the Mobilní banka app for now.
When all your products are ready, we will let you know, migrate them to the new banking platform, and you will be able to manage everything in KB+.
