Announcement Regarding the Election of a Member of the Board of Directors of Komerční banka, a. s.

Komerční banka, a. s., with its registered office at Prague 1, Na Příkopě 33, building no. 969, Postal Code 114 07, Company ID No. 45317054, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 1360, hereby announces that the Supervisory Board haselected Mr. Etienne Loulergue as a member of the Board of Directors of Komerční banka, a.s., with effect from 1 October 2026.

Étienne Loulergue is an experienced finance executive with more than 25 years of experience in banking, financial management, auditing, and financial risk management. He holds an engineering degree with a specialization in mathematics, physics, and engineering sciences, followed by a Master's degree in Audit from HEC Paris and the French DESCF diploma in Accounting and Finance. He began his professional career in 1999 at Ernst & Young, where he led statutory audits of major financial institutions and contributed to the implementation of IAS/IFRS standards. He subsequently joined the Société Générale Group, where he held a number of senior finance positions in France, the Czech Republic, and Romania. Between 2015 and 2019, he served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Komerční banka. From 2019 to 2024, he successively held the positions of Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance and Treasury, as well as member of the Executive Committee of BRD Groupe Société Générale in Romania. In 2024, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Société Générale's Mobility and International Banking Services division, and since December 2025 he has been a member of Komerční banka's Executive Committee, responsible for Strategy and Finance.
