Notice of Termination of the Term of Office of a Member of the Board of Directors of Komerční banka, a.s.

Komerční banka, a.s., with its registered office at Prague 1, Na Příkopě 33, No. 969, Postal Code 114 07, Identification No. 45317054, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 1360, hereby announces that on 1st of October 2026 the Supervisory Board considered the resignation of Board Member Mr. Etienne Loulergue and, in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, his term of office terminated as of that date. The respective area will be on an interim basis overseen directly by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jan Juchelka.
