Notice of Termination of the Term of Office of a Member of the Board of Directors of Komerční banka, a.s.

Komerční banka, a.s., with its registered office at Prague 1, Na Příkopě 33, No. 969, Postal Code 114 07, Identification No. 45317054, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 1360, hereby announces that

on 29 October 2026 the Supervisory Board considered the resignation of Mr. Miroslav Hiršl from his position as a member of the Board of Directors and approved the termination of his term of office effective 31 December 2026.

Simultaneously, Komerční banka, a.s. announces that Mr. Jiří Humhal will join the bank and will assume responsibility for management of Retail Banking. His appointment remains subject to the completion of the relevant regulatory assessment and approval by the Supervisory Board.

The respective area of responsibility will remain within the remit of Mr. Miroslav Hiršl until his successor is appointed.
