Payment processing restrictions

Komerční banka, as part of Societe Generale Group, is committed to applying the highest standards to comply with international economic sanctions adopted by CZ, UN, EU, USA or other authorities.  Based on the risk arising from the imposition of sanctions, KB, together with the Societe Generalle Group, does not enter into business relationships with entities located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive US sanctions measures and does not conduct payment transactions with these countries in USD.

Newly, KB restricts internet banking services, including the execution of payments (except for card transactions) in the territory of the above-mentioned countries, in the case of the Republic of Cuba the restriction applies only to payments made in USD in that country.
