How to activate Mobilní banka and Mobilní banka Business
Download the app to your mobile phone via Google Play or App Store. Enter "Mobilní banka" or "KB Business" in your app store search and download it. The app is free.

Keep your mobile phone close as you will need to pair it at the end.
Log in to the MojeBanka Internet Banking on your computer.
In the top-right corner, click on the „Settings“ icon and then on the "Mobilní banka settings" link.
The Mobilní banka setup wizard will start. Click on "Activate" to continue.
In the first step, select a password for access to Mobilní banka and Mobilní banka Business and confirm it. Remember your login ID.
Please note: Your password must be at least 6 characters long.
Choose one of two settings to use Mobilní banka or Mobilní banka Business:
This setting allows you to take full advantage of the app. You can pay to any account, request products and change set up, lock and unlock your cards, or change limits.
If you choose this option, you will be asked by the wizard to set a daily limit for payments. It can be set up to CZK 500,000.
In the table below the active and passive options, you can find information about a pending device that does not have your phone stated. There's no need to worry, this item is ready for your device and will automatically fill in when you confirm your activation.
If you delete this "pending device" by accident, just reset it using the "Add another" button below the table.
To proceed to the next activation step, click on the red "Continue" button.
The passive setting is for viewing only. In this mode, it is not possible to pay or perform any other activities in Mobilní banka.
Click the red "Continue" button to go to the next step.
In the authorization step, you can see a recap of your activation (active or passive settings). You can change your settings or proceed to authorization by clicking on the "Sign and send for processing" button.
Sign the request
Sign your request the same way you are used to sign e.g. payments.
Go to your mobile app and sign in with the ID and password you‘ve chosen.
If you’ve chosen the active setting, you have to log in within 20 minutes from submitting your request in the internet banking. You can see the countdown time on the confirmation screen of the guide.
If you do not manage to log in, don’t worry, your request will be canceled and you can re-enter it at any time in the MojeBanka internet banking.
If you‘ve chosen the passive setting, time to log in is unlimited.
