Follow these steps

Go to the MojeBanka login page

Step

Click the Forgotten user name link

Step

Enter your contact email and telephone number you specified in the contract of electronic signature and choose where you would like your user name to be sent

Step

Click Continue

Step

Check your text messages and Enter the code

Step

You are done!
