The example is based on the following parameters: Credit is drawn immediately by a single noncash transaction – up to the total amount of credit. The drawn amount is repaid by twelve payments, each amounting to 1/12 of the drawn amount. The first payment is paid one month after the drawdown date and includes a pro rata amount of the principal and interest accrued from the drawdown date to the payment date. Subsequent eleven payments are paid on a monthly basis, always on the same day of the month as the first payment, and include a pro rata amount of the principal and interest charged for the relevant billing period.
