Do you use the KB+ app?

  1. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the internet and log in to the KB+ mobile app.
  2. In the overview, click the icon for KB+ Center in the upper right corner.
  3. Select KB Klíč, then click the Unlock Color Code button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Continue to proceed as you do when confirming requests with KB Klíč.

Do you use the KB Klíč app?

  1. Connect to the internet.
  2. Open KB Klíč.
  3. Go to settings.
  4. Click 'Colour code login'.
  5. Click 'Enable'
  6. Confirm in KB Klíč.

 
If the settings don't contain the item 'Colour code login', update your app.
