QR code login and authorisation is disabled

1. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the internet and log in to the KB+ mobile app.
2. In the overview, click the key icon in the upper right corner.
3. At the bottom of the screen, click the ‘Unlock QR code’ button.
4. Continue to proceed as you do when confirming requests with KB Klíč.

1. Connect to the internet.
2. Open KB Klíč.
3. Go to settings.
4. Click 'QR code login'.
5. Click 'Enable'
6. Confirm in KB Klíč.

 
If the settings don't contain the item 'QR code login', update your app.
