Application for shareholders of Komerční banka, a.s., who want to vote at KB General Meeting by correspondence

I want to access the General Meeting app for correspondence voting.

If you are a KB client and want to access the General Meeting app, you must know your KB ID and have the KB Key app available.

If you have the Mojebanka Internet Banking, you can find it in the Settings section - My details; the number is listed right below your name.

If you have the Mobilní banka Mobile Banking, you can find it in the Settings section - My details; the number is listed right below your name.

(The KB ID takes the following form: 123456789).

If you are not a KB client and do not have a KB ID and KB Key, you can order it online (only for Czech citizens) or at a branch.

Once you know your KB ID and have your KB Key ready, you can log in.

To gain access to the General Meeting app, your company's proxy must have a KB Key.

If your company's proxy does not have a KB key, they can order it online (only for Czech citizens), at a branch or through a KB bank advisor.

How to gain access to the KB General Meeting app

Fill in the proxy (DOCX, 18 kB).
Signatures on the proxy must be officially authenticated and the proxy must be accompanied by an extract from the register of companies.
Deliver the certified proxy along with the extract from the register of companies to the following address: Komerční banka, a.s., P.O. Box 839, 114 07. State “2300 KB General Meeting“ on the envelope.
Then, you will be given access to the voting application.

To gain access to the General Meeting app, your company's proxy must have a KB Key.

If your company's proxy does not have a KB key, they can order it at a branch or through a KB bank advisor.
